To widen the opportunity to deliver the programme globally and ensure it remains accessible, BRCGS has updated the auditor requirements for the START! Programme. The qualifications, work experience and education requirements have been diversified to maximise the potential for new auditors to be introduced to the programme.
This exciting new change will ensure that the START! Programme continues to be accessible to small businesses globally by increasing auditor resource around the world. Importantly, it also provides a new path for auditor development in the industry. Those auditors who currently undertake 2nd-party audits and wish to develop their auditing career can now step-up into 3rd-party auditing though the START! Programme.
