My name is Alberto Ibañez, I have been working in the food industry for more than 15 years in different roles. I currently work as a facilitator of changes in processes and management systems in the food chain. Facilitating change means that I help to incorporate standards, methods and techniques for processes and motivate behavioural changes in leaders at all levels of an organisation. I believe that people are the key to change towards a positive food safety culture and I work together with the leaders of companies in the food chain to achieve this.
