Antoinette has over 17 years professional experience in various Quality assurance, Quality control, SHERQ and Logistics Management roles.

She has worked within a variety of multinational food packaging manufacturing facilities including Nampak and Amcor where she implemented and maintained BRCGS Packaging from 2008 and her other work experience includes roles in the chemical industry.

Antoinette has expertise in developing management systems, auditing, training, process engineering, lean manufacturing, laboratory management, food safety, environmental management, health and safety, risk assessment, quality assurance and quality control. She is currently an approved lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, OHSAS 18001 and GFSI standards such as FSSC 22000.

Antoinette’s educational background includes Master’s Degree in Packaging Technology where she conducted research into the substitution of non-renewable plastics with bioplastics, she also holds a Degree in Logistics and National Diploma in Packaging.

In 2014 Antoinette was awarded best Woman in Quality in recognition of her outstanding achievements and demonstrating leadership and lasting commitment to promoting quality and making change in an organization. In 2016, she set up as a consultant to assist companies with their management system compliance matters.
