He is B. Tech. Chemical Technologist and Food Technologist from Harcourt Butler Technological University, with over 24 years of experience as a quality professional for the leading manufacturers and retailers. He has more than 16 years of rich experience of leading auditing, training and certification activities of global certification bodies. He is qualified as an auditor and trainer for several management system standards and supplier standards related to safety, quality, legality, authenticity, social accountability and sustainability. He has conducted more than 2,000 days of audits and training globally. He is a Principal Trainer and Approved Training Partner of BRCGS.

Ashish is Founder and Managing Director of Normes Decodees Private Limited, a consulting and training organization, which is providing services for gap assessments, training at all management levels, establishment of system/ documentation, implementation, process improvement, internal auditing, pre-audit assessments, root cause analysis, effective corrective actions, supplier evaluation, ware house assessments, equipment assessment and procurement, establishment of laboratories and support in laboratory operations and guidance related to regulatory requirements including labelling.
