When I was in school, the tragic story of a young girl eating a contaminated hamburger resonated with me. How could eating something so simple end a life? Immediately after college, I set out on my food safety journey. 

I have since helped hundreds of clients achieve their food safety objectives. I believe that food safety is the responsibility of every food producer and that consumer confidence is the backbone of our industry.
