I am a Food Industry Engineer specializing in Total Quality and Productivity, from Agraria La Molina University - Perú.

I have 18-year experience in food companies, 15 of them in the agroexport sector in different cities of Perú, leading Quality Assurance and Food Safety Management in compliance with national and international standards and requirements of retail companies such as Tesco, ASDA, M&S, Sainsbury's, Costco between others.

I am currently working as an independent consultant, I provide services for the implementation of international food safety standards such as BRCGS Food Safety, GLOBALG.A.P., HACCP, application of national standards, conducting training and first and second party audits, also applying FSMA requirements for the US market.
