Jaime Figueroa Tiongson is an FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Lead Instructor (PCQI LI), Accredited International HACCP Alliance Lead Instructor (Juice HACCP, SeaFood HACCP, Meat and Poultry HACCP, HACCP Codex), Better Process Control School Instructor for Retort Certificate, Aseptic Certificate and Acidified Foods Certificate and an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. He has more than 30 years worth of experience working with food manufacturing companies of all sizes and with nearly every type of food product and food processing (low acid, acidified, low moisture, aseptic processing and packaging, RTD and RTE). He has managed the implementation of Food Safety Management Systems and Quality Management Systems for various food plants including the Voluntary Qualified Importer Program (VQIP).
Jaime received his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from the University of the Philippines Manila. Jaime is a member of the International Association for Food Protection, the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and the European Hygienic Engineering Design Group (EHEDG).
