Jamal Zamrudi has solid and strong background in the Food Safety Management System, Quality Management System, Laboratory Management System and Halal Assurance System development, implementation, audit, maintenance, and improvement in wide-range industries. Jamal achieved his bachelor and master degree in Food Technology from Institut Pertanian Bogor, Indonesia.  His working experiences in food and food packaging industries, and consulting service has developed him into an excellent consultant. He was also StuNed scholarship & OKP scholarship awardee for short course of food safety in March 2017 and global one health in October 2019, at Wageningen University, The Netherlands.

Jamal is certified lead auditor for FSSC 22000 version 5, BRCGS Food Safety Issue 8, and ISO 9001:2015, approved FSSC 22000 trainer by FSSC Foundation The Netherlands, registered consultant of BRC Global Standard, and FSPCA Preventive Control Qualified Individual for Human Food. Jamal also member of Technical Committee of The National Standardization Body of Indonesia (BSN) for Food Safety Management System, member of European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG), member of Association of Indonesian Food Technology Experts (PATPI), licensed Food Safety Consultant by Quality and Food Safety Assurance (JMKP). He is also experienced in handling compliances to specific customer requirements such as YUM! Brand FSA, QSA, PFA, and SQMS. His experiences have brought a lot of improvements to his clients.
