Nicole Williams has more than 20 years of quality, food safety and/or packaging management experience that includes developing, implementing and maintaining those systems for the packaging and food industry.

Nicole is registered, actively auditing and conducting technical reviews for BRCGS Food, Packaging, Agents and Brokers and Storage & Distribution schemes.  She is also HACCP and PCQI certified in addition to maintaining auditor credentials for FSSC 22000 and SQF.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Science degree in Food Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Nicole has worked in different manufacturing and R&D environments over a number of years and utilizes that experience to assist facilities in developing and maintaining robust and effective quality, food and/or packaging management systems that meet industry requirements.
