Nike is an experienced and well qualified food safety and technical professional. She has over 12 years of technical experience in the food industry, providing technical support to many sectors including manufacturers, processors and wholesalers. Nike started her career in food after her MSc programme in Food safety and Control at the London Southbank University. Nike has also worked in different capacities as a consultant and head of technical.

Nike has worked with the BRCGS for 10 years and has provided support for businesses that are working towards BRCGS accreditation. This has taken many forms, including a GAP analysis against the Standard; independent internal auditing; implementing a food safety system from scratch and maintenance of a Food Safety and Quality Management System which meet BRCGS requirements.

Nike has undertaken Level 4 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) for Manufacturing; level 4 Food Safety and the BRCGS Third Party Auditor training course.

She is a Member of the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST); a member of the IFST Register of Professional Food Auditors and Mentors; a member of the IFST Register of food Safety Principal; a qualified ISO 9001 Lead Assessor; and a Director of T4food Safety Solutions, a food safety consultancy.
