I am an experienced food safety consultant, specialising in helping businesses achieve and maintain compliance with BRCGS. As the BRCGS Consultant of the Year 2025, I provide expert guidance on implementing effective, efficient, and fully paperless Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.

With extensive experience across a wide range of food products, I support businesses through BRCGS certification, internal and supplier audits, vulnerability assessments, culture development and much more. My multilingual background - being Polish, raised in France, and now based in England—allows me to assist clients in multiple languages.

In addition to consultancy, I am a BRCGS Approved Training Partner (ATP) and deliver accredited training at STC Academy, including Lead auditor course & HACCP & Food Safety up to Level 4. As a trained Lead Auditor and member of the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST), I combine technical expertise with a practical approach to compliance.
