The fundament of his mission was built by graduating in Food Science & Technology and his work for years as Quality Manager in the food industry. Since 2008 Ulrich runs his own business (QS-Development) offering consultancy, training and audits. This includes for example the development & implementation of complete and effective Quality & Food Safety Management Systems including training of operators and coaching of managers. In the past Ulrich’s clients (involved in food- and packaging manufacturing, as well as storage & distribution activities) have successfully achieved BRCGS certification. Ulrich works for 9 years as BRC Lead Auditor across a number of categories and conducts BRCGS certification audits as well as independent audits on behalf of German & UK Retail clients. His vast experience as a consultant and as a BRCGS certification auditor (seeing hundreds of different sites) ensures his customers understand BRCGS and all the BRCGS Standard requirements.
