Victoria has more than 37 years’ experience at both a Corporate and Technical level. Working within a variety of industries:- Retail, Textiles, Manufacturing, Storage & Distribution, Service, Contract Packing, Packaging, Consumer Products, and the Food Industry; therefore, she understands every process required when preparing, implementing systems to gain the end result of a PASS at Audit and is able to communicate at every level within the company.

She is a strong business development and corporate Professional with a Post Graduate Diploma focused on Business Administration and Management from Leeds University Business School (FCMI)

A second Post Graduate Degree in Export Management (MIEx Grad), together with BRCGS Professional and SGS Social Systems Lead Auditor Certification.

Victoria worked hard over 23 years while founding and operating her own Contract Packing company to gain Food Safety and Technical accreditations with many high street retailers:- Asda, Hallmark, , Marks & Spencer’s, Morrison’s, Next, Sainsburys’ and Tesco.  In addition, servicing many blue-chip companies, ie Lever Brothers, Birds Eye, Waitrose, Aldi,  Kimberley Clarke, L’Oréal, Mamas & Papas, Hothouse Partnerships, Baylis & Harding and many more.

Since 2015 Victoria has worked with companies globally, in meeting their systems requirements of BRCGS, GFSI Standards, Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, Validation & Verification, Food Fraud Vulnerability and HACCP.  Recently in December 2020 gaining AA grade status for one of her UK sites for Storage & Distribution v3 which was a Full system implementation and fully project managed into the company from concept to completion.

Victoria has just been certified by IRCA as a Social Systems (SS) Auditor as a result of also globally implementing system compliance and consultancy services for BSCI, SEDEX, SMETA, SA8000 and management systems.  She currently offers services for BRCGS ETRS v1 and is looking to extend this to the new version of the standard v2.

She offers a totally bespoke and personal service to all of her customers to meet their individual requirements and the needs of their supplier chain, from the concept, project management to the assisting of the final audit on the day and the closing out of any non-conformities raised.
