I am an accomplished Food Safety and Technical Consultant with a demonstrable track record of auditing and consulting to assist companies to achieve BRCGS certification, and providing gap analysis for updating systems for new issues of the standard. I am a I am a Fellow of the IFST and certified BRCGS lead auditor with many years’ experience of working in the food industry.

I have an extensive knowledge of confectionery, food flavourings, soups and sauces and a specialism in the meat and wild game industries, and everything associated with its supply including meat science and supplying retailers and independent restaurants.
