I am an experienced and well-qualified food safety professional with 20 years’ experience in the food industry throughout the supply chain from farm to fork across a broad range of product areas at all stages of business maturity, as a food safety consultant.

I have worked for many companies to set up as a consultant to support companies with their Food Safety Compliance. This has taken many forms, including a GAP analysis against the Standard; construction design, implementation, mentoring and maintenance of a Food Safety and Quality Management System which meet BRCGS Standards requirements.

I focus on working with companies that want to achieve or maintain BRCGS Standards accreditation to the Food and Packaging Standards. I pass BRCGS auditor courses for the Global Food Safety Standards and access to the BRCGS Participate information portal.

Current clients range from start- up operations to established retail operations. Other relevant training courses undertaken include Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Food hygiene, Food fraud and Food defense etc.
