Influential Conversations

Being able to influence others through conversations at work is a critical skill in any workplace as you can help individuals and organisations achieve their goals and objectives. ​Whether it's seeking support for a new initiative, engaging with stakeholders, conducting a meeting or managing conflict, the ability to persuade others and influence their behaviour is key to success. Being able to initiate influential conversations with others can help build trust, strengthen relationships, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. In this workshop, we will explore how to enact effective communication and discuss the use of various techniques and strategies.
