As a senior consultant and trainer specialised in Food Safety and Quality Management Systems for over 6 years in various industries, I have provided management consultancy for over 50 projects in and over 100 trainings for various industries including food industries, fat and oil industries, feed industries, and various manufacturing lines for ISO 9001:2015, Best Aquaculture Practices, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS Food Safety, MSPO, RSPO and GMP+B2. Besides that, I have also worked as a contract auditor to perform third party audits for GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 under multiple certification bodies. I am also actively providing brand and food safety audits for Yum’s brand, Domino’s Pizza and many other retail brands under NSF Asia Pacific.
