He has been part of a dairy company for 5 years managing SQF quality systems (professional) maintaining recertification at a level of excellence. For 3 years he started as an independent instructor and advisor for the food industry, in the technologies of meat, cereals, fruits and vegetables, dairy products in Latin America.
