Ahmed is a Food technologist with +17 years of experience in Quality, Food Safety Management Systems and Training. He has a bachelor of food science and a Master's in Food Processing Technology from Cairo University.

Ahmed is working as “Training Operations & Consultation Manager” at "Guidance Consulting & Training" (GTI) and its affiliated consulting offices.

Ahmed is an approved HACCP, Food Safety and HSE tutor by Highfield UK, and registered Lead Tutor for CQI-IRCA approved FSSC, ISO 22000 & ISO 9001 Lead Auditor courses with the ATP (GTI). Also, he has deep experience of developing specialized training materials on relevant topics for many food sectors.

Ahmed has more than 19,000 hours of training delivery experience, delivered to more than 21,000 trainees on topics: BRCGS, Product Safety, FSSC, Food Safety, HACCP, ISO standards, Advanced quality management techniques and more…

As a consultant, Ahmed has helped many organisations to develop their management systems: FSMS, QMS, OH&SMS, EMS, in the region of MENA.
