Ahmed has over 17 years' experience in the field of food packaging, safety and hygiene in the commercial environment, and is currently General Manager of ISOQAR's Egypt office.

In addition to having expert knowledge of the certification process according to ISO 900, ISO 14000, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001, etc., he is certified Lead Auditor for ISO 17021, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22001, the BRCGS Standards for Food Safety and Packaging & Packaging Materials, and HACCP.

Ahmed is approved to deliver a number of specialised courses in food safety, and he acts as course designer for Quality/Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety by IRCA.

Ahmed currently conducts numerous audits for different management systems and has conducted about 900 audits in different countries such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Sudan, UK, Italy, Ethiopia and Libya.

Ahmed is approved as Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 27001, and has delivered training courses for more than 2,000 delegates.
