Born in 1962, graduated agronomist in 1986, after 3 years (1987-1990) of experience as volunteer in a project of Development Cooperation approved by FF.AA. Italian Ministry in South America (Bolivia), I worked for 5 years as nutritionist in a Consortium of Cooperatives involved in fattening beef and meat production. Since 1995, and so far, I’m a free-lance and owner of a little consultancy enterprise engaged in delivering services to food and feed companies concerning HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS, IFS etc. Since the same year I’m qualified as well as auditor ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SA8000 and, some years after, BRC and IFS. I’m auditors’ approved trainer for BRCGS Standard for Food Safety (from issue 5) and other GFSI Standards. Aside from Italian, I can speak English, Spanish and French
