I am a food industry engineer with more than 8 years of experience in the food industry, training, auditing and consulting for schemes such as BRCGS, IFS and FSSC 22000 to more than 30 companies in countries such as Mexico, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Argentina.

I am a specialist in risk management, quality and productivity and I have taken courses at recognized institutions in Canada, Argentina, Mexico and Peru. I have a master's degree in food from the University of Chile.
