I am an Agricultural Engineer, I have been implementing quality and food safety standards such as BPA (GLOBALGAP), GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, IFS for 18 years, conducting training, consulting and first and second party audits on these regulations.

My activities have covered companies from different sectors, such as sausages, meat products, dairy products, dehydrated fruits, fruit pulp, fruit preserves, honey, bakery and pastry, refrigerators, food services, Cook and Chill, chocolates, sugar refiners , retail, among others.

I am currently working as a Food Safety Professional (PIA) at Eurofins Testing Chile.

I am ATP of BRCGS, in order to bring this standard to all companies responsible for the safety, legality and quality of their products.
