Andes Mong has over 19 years' food quality and safety management working experience in food industries across the Asia-Pacific region. Understanding, planning, implementing and overview for food and supply chain management with the relevant know-how, skills, experience, knowledge and attitude to accept any food management challenge.
As a food auditing and training leader in Hong Kong, Andes is a lead auditor, trainer, technical reviewer and witnessed auditor and has completed:
- over 1,200 man-days on food safety and quality auditing;
- over 270 man-days on food system training; and
- over 10 tailor-made food audit protocol/solution developments.
Andes has food industries auditing and training experience in Asia-Pacific, China and Hong Kong. He previously worked for an in-flight catering service company in the central processing unit, bakery factory and frozen confectionery factory. He has had roles such as Food Auditing Manager, Lead Auditor and Food System Trainer as well.
He is an active Lead Auditor for the BRCGS StandardS for Food Safety, Storage and Distribution, and Agents and Brokers; FSSC 22000; ISO 22000; GMP and HACCP since 2004, and an Approved Training Partner for the BRCGS Standards for Food Safety, Storage and Distribution and Agents and Brokers since 2012.
