Anita is a consultant in the food manufacturing industry, and has worked in a variety of roles including interim technical and quality manager, independent auditor and trainer.

Anita graduated from University in Poland with a Food Commodities Engineering degree and completed a student programme in Food Safety and Quality in Gent, Belgium.

Anita has worked in the UK food manufacturing Industry for over 11 years, gaining experience in areas of hygiene, process control, quality control and assurance, technical auditing, quality and technical management and supplier assurance. She has worked with a vast range of products including preserved foods, fresh meats, canned fruit and veg, condiments, cereals, processed produce and tea packing.

Anita has worked with all major retailer standards including M&S, TESCO, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Waitrose and ALDI and has helped to drive Sites towards compliance with their practices.
