Anja has relevant working experience in the food industry as quality manager and is currently working for SGS Belgium. She possesses a Master degree of Science in Industrial sciences in biochemistry. Anja has performed BRCGS Food audits since 2006 in the following categories: (prepared) fruits, vegetables and nuts, beverages, alcoholic drinks / brewed products, bakery, confectionery, dried foods and ingredients, cereals and snacks.
