Retha is an Internationally Certified Lead Auditor who has developed and implemented certified Food Safety Management Systems for leading South African Brand Producers.  An accomplished trainer, Retha is a recognised subject matter expert in product quality, food safety & risk assessment methodology, specifically in the packaging & food industries.  Retha is a food scientist and technologist by qualification and has been working with the BRC standards with a wide range of food, packaging, storage and distribution clients over the course of the last 17 years.
