Athanasia graduated from Veterinary School of Aristotles University of Thessaloniki, Greece, with an interest in Food Microbiology and Hygiene. Athanasia has been working as Lead Auditor for TUV HELLAS, a member of TUV NORD group, since 2005. She has conducted more than 2000 audits in the food industry (third-party and second-party audits) and has been a BRCGS auditor since 2004 and a IRCA-approved trainer since 2008. She is fluent in English.
