Cathy Lee has spent over 40 years as a Food Technologist working initially for food manufacturing organisations, then changing careers in the mid-90s to specialise in third party certification and training.  As an auditor in a variety of GFSI and retailer standards, Cathy has assisted hundreds of organisations both domestically and overseas to comply with standards and customer requirements and to improve their current processes.  As a trainer, Cathy has developed, delivered and assessed numerous training courses to ensure compliance to customer requirements and Nationally Recognised Training competencies.  As a trainer and assessor of certification body personnel in her auditing, training and management roles, Cathy is able to provide key insights into both staff assessment processes and external audit requirements.
