Cecilia Leixelard is a Food Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso Chile, with more than 20 years of experience in topics such as project development, consulting of quality and food safety standards, training, and auditing.

These topics have covered various items in the food sector, such as processed foods, retail, food services, agroindustry, and packaging.

Thematic areas covered by these activities include quality and safety management systems such as GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRCGS Food Safety, IFS, mainly in the food industry.

She currently works as Technical Head of the Consulting and Training Area at Eurofins Chile.
