Colette has worked in the food industry since 1989, following the completion of her BSc (Hons) in Food Science from Kings College, University of London. She has worked in both manufacturing and retail roles for a number of different product categories, including dairy and bakery. She currently works for SGS as a Technical reviewer, Trainer and Lead Auditor.
