I have joined food manufacturing sector soon after my university graduation and nearly 18 years later, I have gathered experience in factories working in different categories, such as bakery, confectionery, dry fruits and nuts, ambient or temperature controlled products, and oils and fats processing sites, across UK and Europe.

I am a trained Lead Auditor for Food Safety and have helped various companies, working with delegates from operative to senior management levels, to get the sites on the right track in achieving their objectives and also continuously improving their standards.
