Emma has worked in the food industry for almost 20 years, with experience in ready to cook/ready to eat vegetarian food and dairy sectors, roles including Microbiologist and QA management followed by the Food retail & catering sector as a trainer, food safety advisor and auditor. Emma is currently the Global BRCGS Product manager for SGS, managing the delivery of the BRCGS suite of standards, ensuring all audits are undertaken to a consistently high standard and maintaining compliance and integrity to the Global standards.
