Erhan Gur graduated from Aegean University, Enginnering Faculty, Food Engineering Department, in 1991. After graduation he worked as a teaching assistant in Food Engineering Department in Quality Control section. He also completed his MSc. Degree during this period. After the completion of MSc. he moved to Safespice as QA Manager and later was promoted to the position of a factory manager. After working for Safespice he started his own business as a consultant, trainer and auditor. As a consultant he works on projects related to food and feed, i.e., milk and dairy industry, meat industry, organic production of fruits an vegetables, concentrate and beverage industry, packaging industry etc. He is also a trainer and auditor for different standards like ISO9001, ISO22000, FSSC22000, FAMI-QS, BRCGS Food and BRCGS Packaging. He provides training under the “thequality4u” brand. Since 2005 Erhan has also been running his own business “Ergur Denetim” providing auditor and industry training related to the BRGCS Standards.
