Fanny began her career as a Food Safety and Quality Manager in food industry, managing the implementation of different standards such as ISO 9001 and BRCGS Food.

Since 2008, Fanny has joined AQS France, a Quality and Food Safety auditing company based in Bordeaux (FR) as a Quality Manager and as a Food Safety Lead Auditor for several Food Safety standards (BRCGS and IFS Food, Broker and Logistics).

She is also involved in the training of auditors (for approval and surveillance) and as well as the training of food company Quality Managers and other key staff. Examples of her training sessions are: HACCP, Internal audit, Food Defense, Risk Assessments, Food Quality and Safety standards.
