Federico Sánchez was born in Argentina and graduated as Food Technologist and Food Technician, working for SGS until 2017.

He has over 18 years of food and pharmaceutical industry experience from working in a pharmaceutical laboratory (4 years); food industry and primary production (4 years); and a certification body (12 years).

He is also a food safety management systems specialist and international auditor, working as auditor, lead auditor and trainer in quality and safety programs for the BRCGS Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials and other standards in Latin America and Europe.

He is currently the owner of FS Consulting, located in San Juan, Argentina.
