Gabriela is a Bromatologist from Argentina, with +20 years of experience in the food industry on the design and implementation of quality management systems across many different food sectors. She specialized in olive oil and wine, and participated in Bodegas de Argentina in the quality commission.
Gabriela is Lead Auditor in Food Safety Standards (+400 third party audit days since 2008) and BRCGS food lead auditor since 2014, as well as technical reviewer and witnesser for GFSI standards in LSQA.
As Food Safety trainer since 2015, Gabriela has delivered many trainings on food fraud, food defense, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices, both virtual and face to face.
