My name is Gary Cai. I graduated from Huazhong Agricultural University in 1997, my major is food engineering. After graduation, I worked for a beverage company, an ice cream company, a frozen fish and vegetable company and a canned food company. I work for DNV China now. As one of the first food safety auditors in China, I have been engaged in food safety audit and training for 20 years.
