Giulia is graduated in Agrarian Biotechnology on the University of Turin. From 2010 she has worked as consultant in different food companies to manage and develop their safety management system and obtain compliance to GFSI Standards. She has operated in the following fields: cheese, fruit and vegetables, bakery, ready to eat products. She is auditor in different ISO (9001 and 22000) and GFSI Standards (Globalgap, IFS Food and Broker, BRCGS Food) other than has been second part auditor for some retailers.
