Guadalupe, also called Lupita, graduated in Food Science from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She holds an MSc in Food Safety and Quality Management from the University of Greenwich, UK.

For 20 years, Lupita has worked closely with the food industry in food safety and quality management systems training and consultancy. Her experience covers products such as snacks, biscuits, sweets, pasta, dressings, meat products, dairy products, fruit juices & drinks, coffee, chocolate, chillies & spices, teas & infusions, and ingredients.

She has lived in Mexico, Canada, France and the UK. Her native language is Spanish, she speaks fluent English and French and has a basic level of German.
