For more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Hassan Zahran has begun his career in Veterinary, Food Safety and Quality Auditing. Throughout this period, he took on various roles as a manager of Quality Control and Quality Assurance in highly reputable Retailers, such as Carrefour in the Middle-East.

Therefore, after being a certified Lead Auditor for (BRC issue 8 - ISO22000 - Halal), an approved Training Partner for BRCGS and an approved Trainer by Highfield for (Level1,2,3&4 Award for Food Safety and HACCP) and EFQM Assessor. He abled to help multiple industries in (Meat & Meat Processing, Animal Feed, Food & Spices Industries, Dairy products, Hotels and Restaurants) to implement and achieve certifications of many Management systems such as (BRC, FSSC22000, HACCP, Global GAP, MGG, ISO22000, IS9001, ISO45001 & ISO14001).

In his current role based in Dubai UAE, Dr. Hassan has an overall responsibility as a Consultant, Assessor, Tutor, and Auditor, exceeding 2000 hours of tutting, 500 Man-day of Auditing & more than 20 Consultancy projects in Three different continents (middle-East, Africa & Asia).
