Trained in Food Science & Technology, with a wealth of knowledge accumulated as Regional QA in Supply Quality Management in her previous jobs, Heng Hui has over 16 years of experience in in the areas of applied R&D and Food Safety & Quality management.

She possesses both the technical knowledge (of food processing and packaging) and expertise that facilitate the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices* (GMPs), Good Food Handling and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems for the food industries. She is also familiar with creating food safety procedures, maintaining documentation and checklists and training individuals on food safety procedures.
