Ismail Saadi was born in 1976 in Tunis. He is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (Sidi Thabet), with a specialty in Food Safety and Quality (Alfort Veterinary School, ENITIAA). Experienced in the retail business as well as in consulting and competency development within the Food industry. Today, and since more than 10 years, Technical Manager and Auditor (BRCGS Food, IFS Food, FSSC 22000) with the Swiss-based certification body ProCert, where he is also responsible for the qualification of auditors. Ismail's extensive experience allows him to have a broad vision of the expectations and needs of professionals in the food industry in terms of competency development and GFSI certification.
