He is a graduate of Environmental Health from University of the West of England with 15 years’ experience in the food industry in Quality and Technical Management, across a wide range of categories that include bakery, meat, poultry, dairy, snacks and confectionery.

James is BRC Global Standards Approved Training Partner (ATP); and also delivers a range of Highfield-accredited courses including HACCP level 4 and Food safety Level 4.
