Jan Jelle is a professional in the food industry. Since 2008 he was active in many different QA roles as consultant, manager, auditor and trainer. He has a passion for people and companies centered around food quality and food safety. He started working for a large meat brand in the Netherlands when BRCGS Food went from issue 4 to 5. Later he has worked for an international packer of soft fruits where he has worked throughout Europe, Africa, South America and the Middle East. Since 2015 he has worked for a certification body in the Netherlands as an auditor and certification specialist for BRCGS. Jan Jelle is a current Food and S&D auditor and next to that is an experienced and effective trainer, delivering BRCGS recognized or client specific training courses.
