Javed graduated in Food Science and Technology and has an MS in Food Inspection and Control. He has over 25 years of industrial experience covering ambient, shelf stable, ready to eat, cook/chill/freeze, low acid and acidified foods and possesses extensive knowledge of dairy, canning, meat, non meat, produce, fruit juice, savory and cereal processing. He has 14 years of experience in implementing and gaining certification against the BRCGS Standards for food safety in numerous companies. He provides the following consultancy and training on BRCGS Standard for Food safety: Carries out compliance and pre-audit assessment against the standard; Trains key employees in the BRCGS to understand, write and implement the standard; as an approved ATP, delivers in-house and external BRCGS approved course; trains in employees to become Internal Auditors; and develops the BRCGS Food Safety and Quality Management culture. In addition J A Food Assurance is an approved HACCP Training Center.
