Jay holds a Bachelor Degree of Food science and engineering from Ningbo University and worked in the food factory since 1999, he has about 20 years working experience including the food safety & product quality management in food factory (5 years) and food inspection & audit in SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd (15 years). He is a registered Lead Auditor in HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC 22000, IFS and BRCGS Food.
