Shu has over 10 years of experience in the field of quality and food safety controls and is currently the general manager of China Ansense (Beijing) Food Safety Technology Co., Ltd. The company concentrates on the food safety training, the second audit and the third audit service in China and the South East Asia. He holds two masters from China Ocean University; one in Business Administration and the other in Food Safety. He joined China Certification & Inspection (Group) Co., Ltd. as a Food Safety Auditor, carrying out evaluations in field of HACCP and ISO22000 in China in 2003, and joined NB Certification as a Scheme Technical Manager for the BRCGS Standard for Food Safety in UK in 2008. He is a registered Lead Auditor in HACCP, BRCGS Standard for Food Safety, IP (Non-GMO) and GlobalGAP. He now specializes in BRC auditing and training as well as auditing and training other schemes and qualifications. He has been involved with food safety training projects in China, Korea, Japan, Pakistan, Vietnam, Philippines as well as Indonesia.
