Ms Jessica Kong is professionally trained with a First-Class-Honours Bachelor Degree in Industrial Chemistry and a Commonwealth Executive MBA. Jessica began her career in food manufacturing, FMCG manufacturing, and chemical manufacturing industry prior to joining BSI.

As a Client Manager at BSI, Jessica had more than 10-years experience in auditing and providing training, primarily in ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Food Fraud, Food Defence, and Food Safety Culture for more than 250 local and international clients.

Jessica is a Certified BRCGS Approved Trainings Partners, Certified FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor, Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (CQI-IRCA) and Certified PSMB Trainer.
