Over 20 years experience within the UK Food industry in a number of Food Safety, QA and Technical roles prior to becoming a full time Food Safety Auditor in 1999 and Operations Manager for a Certification Body covering Europe. Established BRCGS Food, Packaging and Storage and Distribution Auditor as well as a number of other GFSI Schemes. Currently the Audit Program Manager for NSF in the USA. Based in the USA since 2008 to meet the growth of this business and actively trained a significant number of BRCGS Auditors to conduct this work.
